Cranewerx Pro is a mobile app for crane inspections. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account: name, email, mobile phone, display name, account type (individual, company, or crane service provider), and company/site details you enter.
• Inspection content: crane identifiers, locations, checklist answers, photos you take or attach, approvals, and related report data.
• Device permissions: camera (QR tags and inspection photos), photo library (optional), and Bluetooth (optional Phomemo label printer).
• Technical: basic app/auth session data needed to keep you signed in and operate the service (via our backend providers).

How we use information

• Provide and improve inspection, PDF report, QR, and printing features.
• Authenticate accounts and secure access to your organization’s crane records when you join a company.
• Respond to support requests and operate MTC Crane’s related business (for example, helping you obtain parts for failed items when you choose that path in the future).

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers (for example, hosting/auth/database such as Supabase, Apple App Store distribution, and email delivery) who process data only to run Cranewerx Pro. Coworkers you invite to your company space can see shared crane and inspection records for that company.

Retention & deletion

We keep account and inspection data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing Sales@mtccrane.com. Some records may remain in backups for a limited period.

Your choices

• Update profile details in the app.
• Delete your account in the app or by contacting us.
• Control camera, photos, and Bluetooth in iOS Settings.

Children

Cranewerx Pro is for workplace use and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new effective date on this page.
